From our first viewing, all the way up till the day we got our keys, Chris was beyond helpful. He was contactable no matter what time of the day, whenever we had a question via phone or WhatsApp. We can definitely say that Chris' role helped us feel more confident with the run up to our completion date. Chris' knowledge about the house and area was great on our first viewing. He answered all of our questions, and being a first time buyer we had loads! I called the office a few times after and all the gents there were very helpful and informative.
